Journal Club is back again for the winter semester and this time we are starting with something different! For our first Journal Club, we will be reading a paper on bioethics in research from The Hasting Center Report: http://
In addition, this session of Journal Club will be lead by Kathy Li, an undergraduate student in Biochemistry and Philosophy! This Journal club will have lots of captivating discussions and as always there will be snacks for everyone to enjoy during the event.
If you would like to learn something a little different from your typical biochemistry classes or would like to take a peek at different types of academic journals outside of biochemistry or life science research, this journal club would be a great opportunity for you! So come out and join us!
For upcoming journal clubs (March 1st) we will be returning to reading scientific research papers in the field of biochemistry so stay tuned for more information!
