–BUGS Cabin in the Woods 2018–
An event so amazing, we’re bringing it back for a fourth time. Pack your bags because from March 23rd to 25th, we’re going into the woods (Villa-Chalet le Zénon) for a weekend of destressing and bonding with new/old friends.

Please fill out the signup link (CheddarUp) if you plan on attending. You can pay online using CheddarUp with a credit card or select the “cash or cheque” option to pay with cash at the BUGS lounge (McMed 510). Your reservation will be confirmed upon your payment AND submission of the safety waiver.
Early bird tickets are $55 and are only open to Biochemistry and IHI students (limited quantity). Tickets are $60 for Biochemistry and IHI students and $70 for out of department students. This ticket includes lodging, amenities, transportation, and food. Please bring your own beverages. Tickets will be sold until March 1st. Be sure to review the refund policy (link at the bottom). Due to limited capacity, out of department students must be accompanied by a Biochemistry or IHI student as a plus one (each Biochemistry or IHI student can be a plus one to a maximum of two students).
